Red Robin #3, where Chris Yost carries us on Tim Drake's quest to find out what really happened to Batman. And in doing so, he flashes back to post-
R.I.P./Final Crisis time, and the grief and conviction that Tim experiences when faced with the loss of his adopted father. Featuring his Titan teammate and inappropiate kiss-buddy Cassie Sandsmark, Wonder Girl, a hero well-versed in losing loved ones (though her's is due to return this month in
Adventure Comics, courtesy of Geoff Johns.

Blackest Night: Batman miniseries. Having lost his mother and his father, in addition to Batman, and the recently un-deceased Superboy and ex-girlfriend Spoiler, he's got plenty of zombies to look out for.
